Booking policies
All booking confirmations are subject to availability. A 50% deposit is requested when booking; the remaining balance is due on arrival. Rates include basic services; additional charges apply to extra services.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 14 days in advance: full refund. Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: non-refundable. Special conditions apply during high season.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out is offered on request.

Data controller
DOMA Curated Stays, S.A. de C.V. (DOMA), tax registration DCS260622I42, at Aristóteles #21, Colonia Polanco V Sección, CP 11560, alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX, México, is responsible for processing your personal data.
Personal data we process
Our proposal form collects your name and email (required), and any optional information you provide: company, requester type, phone or WhatsApp, city, arrival date, approximate length of stay, number of guests, property and message. Direct email and WhatsApp conversations include the details you choose to share. Once a booking is arranged, we may request information needed for your stay, such as dates, preferences, official identification and payment details, as permitted by applicable law. We do not request sensitive personal data on this website. Please do not submit sensitive data belonging to others without their authorization.
Purposes of processing
Primary purposes are responding to information and proposal requests; arranging bookings, stays, check-in and invoicing; providing assistance during your stay; and complying with tax and legal obligations. This review version does not offer a newsletter subscription, and proposal details are not used for marketing. Any optional communications require your separate subscription. You can refuse secondary purposes at any time by emailing info@domastays.com with the subject “Refusal of secondary purposes”, without affecting your requested service. We do not create behavior profiles or use your data for unrelated advertising.
Data transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We share only the strictly necessary information with owners or managers of the property you book to confirm the booking and arrange access, and with competent authorities when required by law, including tax or immigration obligations. These transfers do not require consent when necessary to fulfill the contracted service or a legal obligation. We do not make other transfers without your consent.
ARCO rights
You may request access to your personal data and information about its use and recipients; correction of inaccurate or outdated data; cancellation when it is no longer necessary; or opposition to certain processing purposes. Send your request to info@domastays.com with your name, a response email or address, a copy of current official identification, and, if represented, proof of representation. Specify the right you wish to exercise and clearly describe the personal data concerned. Include documents that help locate the data, and for corrections, the requested correction and supporting documents. We will respond within twenty business days of receiving your request and, if applicable, implement it within the following fifteen business days. If information is incomplete, we may request completion within the following five business days. Exercising these rights is free except, where applicable, delivery or reproduction costs. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the competent personal data protection authority.
Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@domastays.com, following the same requirements and timeframes as ARCO requests. Withdrawal is not retroactive and may not be immediately possible where the law requires continued processing, such as for tax obligations. Withdrawing consent for primary purposes may prevent us from continuing to provide the service.
Limiting use or disclosure
To stop receiving optional communications, reply to any such email or write to info@domastays.com. We will register you on our internal exclusion list and confirm by the same means. You may also register with the consumer protection authority’s Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP): https://repep.profeco.gob.mx.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We do not use advertising or behavioral profiling cookies. The hosting platform automatically sets necessary security cookies. We store your language and cookie preferences in your browser. A same-domain session cookie lasting thirty minutes counts visits without identifying you or creating profiles. Google Maps and the LinkedIn post on About load only after you accept optional cookies or explicitly choose to load them. These providers process technical visit data under their own privacy policies. You can change consent using Cookies in the footer and remove cookies in your browser settings; some functions may then stop working.
